If I had the money I'd love to buy the building but that won't happen right now. It would be great to have some updated pictures that I could put on my web site. I actually lived in the upstairs apartment when I was very young. I remember a neon sign that used to be in front of the building that said "Magnolia Ellis". I suppose that's long gone? It is currently owned & occupied by Dr. Connie Moore who is a Chiropractor. She is also a natural healer. Dr. Moore is planning a move to Texas to be closer to family. I don't know if you have been here to see the building but Dr. Moore has truly done a beautiful job restoring what your grandmother's building.
